 Take the time to just take a bath. That's right. Close the door to your bathroom, and run some hot water in the tub with your bath tea bag hanging off the faucet. Smell the aroma. Drop your tea bag in the water to steep. When the water has cooled a little climb in. This is your time. Just lie back and soak, occasionally sqeezing the tea bag all over your body.
